Made to order

Every CuddleCut pillow is cut from the photo you send. It is not sitting on a shelf. Production starts after checkout.

How long it takes

• Making it: about 3 business days after we receive a paid order and a usable photo.
• On the way: typically 8–15 days by international post.
• Your door: most orders arrive about 11–18 days after checkout. Some countries take longer around holidays or customs.

We email tracking when the factory hands the parcel to the carrier.

Where we ship

Worldwide. Checkout shows available destinations and rates in CAD. Customs, duties, or import tax may be charged by your country. Those fees are not included in the pillow price and are your responsibility.

Canada delivery window

If a Canada-bound order has not been delivered within 30 days of the ship date, email us with the order number and we will refund it.

Lost or stuck parcels

If tracking stops moving for more than 14 days after the last scan, write to us. We will open a carrier claim or reship, or refund, depending on what the carrier reports.
