Shipping

Every CuddleCut pillow is cut from the photo you send. It is not sitting on a shelf. Production starts after checkout.

  • Making it: about 3 business days after we receive a paid order and a usable photo.
  • On the way: typically 8–15 days by international post.
  • Your door: most orders arrive about 11–18 days after checkout. Some countries take longer around holidays or customs.

We email tracking when the factory hands the parcel to the carrier. Checkout shows available destinations and rates in CAD. Customs, duties, or import tax may be charged by your country; those fees are not included in the pillow price.

If a Canada-bound order has not been delivered within 30 days of the ship date, email us with the order number and we will refund it. If tracking stops moving for more than 14 days after the last scan, write to us and we will open a carrier claim, reship, or refund.

Refunds

Your pillow is cut from the photo you upload. Once the factory starts, we cannot resell it. We do not accept returns for change of mind, a photo you later dislike, or a blurry or low-resolution photo you sent.

We will replace or refund for a print, cut, stuffing, zipper, or voice-chip defect; the wrong size or print side versus the order; damage in transit; or a Canada order not delivered within 30 days of the ship date.

Tell us within 14 days of delivery (or of the 30-day Canada window for a missing parcel). Email jorsby.ai@gmail.com with your order number and photos. If you write before production starts, we will cancel and refund.

Terms

By ordering you confirm you have the right to use the photo and the people or pets in it. You give us a licence to send the file to our print factory only to make and, if needed, remake your order. We do not sell your photos. We may refuse or cancel an order that uses someone else’s photo without permission, or that we reasonably see as illegal or abusive.
