Production starts after checkout.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003eMaking it:\u003c\/strong\u003e about 3 business days after we receive a paid order and a usable photo.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003eOn the way:\u003c\/strong\u003e typically 8–15 days by international post.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003eYour door:\u003c\/strong\u003e most orders arrive about 11–18 days after checkout. Some countries take longer around holidays or customs.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe email tracking when the factory hands the parcel to the carrier. Checkout shows available destinations and rates in CAD. Customs, duties, or import tax may be charged by your country; those fees are not included in the pillow price.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIf a Canada-bound order has not been delivered within 30 days of the ship date, email us with the order number and we will refund it. If tracking stops moving for more than 14 days after the last scan, write to us and we will open a carrier claim, reship, or refund.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eRefunds\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eYour pillow is cut from the photo you upload. Once the factory starts, we cannot resell it. We do not accept returns for change of mind, a photo you later dislike, or a blurry or low-resolution photo you sent.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe will replace or refund for a print, cut, stuffing, zipper, or voice-chip defect; the wrong size or print side versus the order; damage in transit; or a Canada order not delivered within 30 days of the ship date.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTell us within 14 days of delivery (or of the 30-day Canada window for a missing parcel). Email \u003ca href=\"mailto:jorsby.ai@gmail.com\"\u003ejorsby.ai@gmail.com\u003c\/a\u003e with your order number and photos. If you write before production starts, we will cancel and refund.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eTerms\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBy ordering you confirm you have the right to use the photo and the people or pets in it. You give us a licence to send the file to our print factory only to make and, if needed, remake your order. We do not sell your photos. We may refuse or cancel an order that uses someone else’s photo without permission, or that we reasonably see as illegal or abusive.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePrices are in Canadian dollars.
